United to introduce its 234-seat Boeing 757-300 on June 7

United Airlines, while maintaining 24 first class seats on its Boeing 757-300s, the carrier is adding 21 economy seats, and expanding the economy section from 189 to 210 seats.

The current 757-300 economy configuration has 31 inches of pitch. The carrier is adding slimline seats that will allow them to expand the capacity.

The newly-configured Boeing 757-300s will be introduced on June 7 from the Chicago (O’Hare), Denver, Los Angeles and San Francisco hubs according to Airline Route.
