airBaltic welcomed its ninth Bombardier CS300 jet, registered as YL-CSI, in Riga on June 17.
By the end of 2018, airBaltic plans to have a total of 14 CS300 aircraft on its fleet.
In other news, the carrier in the first five months of 2018 transported 1,452,017 passengers or 22% more than in the same period of last year in its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East.
In May 2018, 386,353 passengers or 22% more than last year travelled with airBaltic.
