On July 30 2018, local judges in Santiago, Chile, declared the bankruptcy of LAW – Latin American Wings. This decision was made by request of the airline’s workers and creditors after the unpaid debts. Many of the workers are still contracted but did not receive its salaries from six months ago. LAW’s AOC was suspended by DGAC Chile on March 12, 2018.
