On Sunday, March 11, the first Boeing 737-9 MAX 9 for United Airlines completed its first flight from Renton to Boeing Field via Moses Lake.
The first MAX 9 will become N67501 (msn 43430, ln 6834).
When photographed, the airliner was unpainted (except the rudder and winglets) and had a test registration of N67501. The aircraft also had small “Experimental” stickers by the entry doors.
This will be the first 737-9 MAX 9 for a North American operator.
